The control system supports both Chinese and English operations, and automatically monitors, detects, records, and stores relevant data during operation. It can be monitored and maintained through remote systems (optional), supporting big data and smart laboratory construction;

Continuously record real-time data, draw freeze-drying curves, store data once per minute, support data query and search, have USB data storage serial port, and memory capacity prompt;

The product is produced under the ISO quality management system, and the human-machine interface of the control system complies with NEMA (International Electrical Manufacturers Association) protection regulations;

The system is equipped with various sensors that record and display the vacuum degree and temperature of the cold trap coil in real time. Operation error alarms can be triggered in real-time when temperature and pressure abnormalities occur during operation, and the system actively protects the operation;

It has the functions of automatic operation of freeze-drying, equipment vacuum pressure loss, equipment alarm and automatic operation to protect materials, and vacuum pump maintenance prompt function;
