working principle

BAT is an antigen antibody detection platform that performs multi analyte synchronous detection on a set of related tests. The working principle of this technology is to combine a set of related tests (up to 44 tests) on a single microchip with each set of reagents, quality control samples, and calibration samples. The biochar array adopts competitive chemiluminescence antigen antibody testing method. Use digital imaging technology to detect the light signals generated by various test areas on the biochar, and compare these signals with the light signals generated by the calibration curve.
