Erythrocyte sedimentation rate testing rack

Product overview

Compared with the Wei's erythrocyte sedimentation rate method, it has better compatibility.

The entire process from specimen collection to detection is a closed operation, safe and reliable, with no biological contamination.

Design a level calibration device (patented technology). Ensure that the erythrocyte sedimentation rate frame is level and not tilted.

10 specimen operation channels, capable of simultaneous detection.

Results will be available within 30 minutes. Readings are simple and fast.

The bottom plate is made of stainless steel material, and a silicone pad with buffering function is laid on the upper surface, so that the blood immersed tube can be placed on the bottom plate without producing noise or damage that may cause pollution.

instructions

Collect venous blood samples using a Ø 9 × 120mm vacuum blood immersion tube and complete the collection according to standard requirements.

Immediately mix the blood sample and invert it 180 degrees 6 to 8 times to ensure thorough mixing of the anticoagulant with the blood, avoiding improper mixing that may cause hemolysis, coagulation, or blood bubbles and affect the test results.

Fix the blood immersed tube containing the specimen vertically on the erythrocyte sedimentation rack, record the starting time and corresponding number, and keep it in a static state at room temperature of about 20 ℃ for 30 minutes. After that, read the millimeters of red blood cell sedimentation. The specific reading method is as follows: after settling for the specified time, align the concave surface of the plasma in the blood immersion tube with the zero mark on the erythrocyte sedimentation rack and fix it. Then, read the value of the upper end of the red blood cell aligned with the mark on the erythrocyte sedimentation rack (as shown in the upper right figure).
