The filter cartridge suction head can be extended as needed to achieve perfect sealing, while reducing the operating force to a lower level. The advantage of using this perfectly adapted pipette and tip system is that it can achieve excellent and reliable tip matching and sealing, while reducing the loading and unloading force of the pipette tip. The new filter cartridge suction head has a fine suction head shape and excellent coaxiality, ensuring precise suction head matching and easily achieving perfect operation of the 384 well plate.

Both classic and brand new suction tips provide maximum dual protection for pipettes and samples, preventing contamination caused by accidental aerosols, droplets, and splashes. The anti aerosol pipette tip is perfectly compatible with Eppendorf pipettes and also meets the requirements of EN ISO 8655. The optimized humidity, high transparency, and specific, validated cleanliness levels all intuitively convey our product and production philosophy.

EP Dualfilter T.I.P.S. dual filter suction head is an anti pollution double-layer filter pipette suction head product. The two filter layers are made of flexible hydrophobic materials, perfectly adapted to the pipette nozzle, effectively blocking nearly 100% of aerosols and biomolecules. The filtering effect comes from the use of clear and distinguishable filter layers with different pore sizes. The sample oriented filter layer can filter water droplets, splashes, and aerosols. The filter element of the pipette nozzle serves as the second layer of obstruction, effectively preventing contamination and the binding of biomolecules.
