The Bole iMark ELISA reader is a reader with fast reading speed, software functionality, pre installed calibration procedures compatible with Checkmark performance calibration boards, built-in printer, and compact size.
IMark can be used independently with built-in software. The wavelength range of iMark enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is 400-750nm, which can meet various applications such as ELISA reactions using chromogenic substrates, protein concentration determination (Bradford and Lowry method), and DNA concentration quantification.
The Bole iMark enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader only takes 6 seconds to read a 96 well plate in fast reading mode, or 10 seconds to complete dual wavelength detection. Dynamics testing can be performed using built-in software or Microplate Manager software.
IMark's built-in software can meet the needs of life science research and clinical testing. The software includes secure user login for locking and unlocking important programs, large capacity memory for convenient program generation and storage, curve fitting options for functionality *, and reporting capabilities. The built-in software includes a pre stored Bio Rad Checkmark performance verification board protocol for IQ/OQ/PQ validation that complies with GLP standards. The iMark ELISA reader comes pre installed with 4 sets of standard filters: 415, 450, 490, and 655nm. In addition, 7 sets of filters: 405, 540, 550, 570, 595, 630, and 750nm can be optionally selected. Bio Rad can also customize filters with intervals of 5nm between 400-750nm according to user requirements. The built-in highly compatible thermal graphic printer saves space and is easy to operate.
