Working principle of box type drying machine

The principle of a box type dryer is to evenly spread the wet materials that need to be dried on a mesh belt (or chain plate). The mesh belt adopts a high temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and anti-oxidation national standard mesh belt, which is driven by a transmission device to move back and forth in the dryer. Clean and stable hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve the purpose of drying. The linear speed of the mesh belt depends on the type and moisture content of the material. The airflow direction adopts negative pressure and porous air intake to ensure effective drying area, and the airflow speed distribution is uniform, improving the drying effect.
