DESCRIPTION
The NAI-XDY-P endoscopic microbiological analyzer is used in conjunction with an endoscopic detection sampler. Use the NAI-XDY-PQ endoscopic sampling pump for sampling, seal the cup after completing on-site sampling, and then transfer it to the microbiology laboratory. Use the NAI-XDY-P microbiological analyzer for filtration to trap microorganisms on the filter membrane, and count after cultivation. Suitable for endoscopic microbial load detection in the healthcare industry. Standard requirements:
The "Technical Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscopes" (WS507-2016) requires quarterly biological monitoring of disinfected endoscopes. The sampling method for disinfected endoscopes described in the "Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene Standards" (GB 15982-2012) is membrane filtration: take the cleaned and disinfected endoscopes, use a sterile syringe to extract 50mL of eluent containing the corresponding neutralizing agent, inject it into the biopsy port to rinse the endoscope tubing, and collect the full amount (which can be collected using a peristaltic pump) for testing. Mix the eluent thoroughly, take 1.0mL of eluent and inoculate it into a petri dish. Pour 15mL~20mL of melted nutrient agar medium cooled to 40 ° C~45 ° C into each dish, incubate in a constant temperature incubator at 36 ° C ± 1 ° C for 48 hours, and count the colony count (CFU/piece). Concentrate the remaining eluent under sterile conditions using a filter membrane (0.45 μ m), inoculate the filter membrane onto a solidified nutrient agar plate (be careful not to produce bubbles), incubate at 36 ℃± 1 ℃ for 48 hours in a constant temperature incubator, and count the number of bacterial colonies.
When the filter membrane method is uncountable: total colony count (CFU/piece)=m (CFU/plate) × 50, where m is the average colony count of two parallel plates.
When the filter membrane method can count: total colony count (CFU/piece)=m (CFU/plate)+mf (CFU/filter membrane), where m is the average colony count of two parallel plates; MF is the number of bacterial colonies on the filter membrane.
Product principle: Due to its unique structural characteristics, endoscopes are difficult to clean and disinfect, which poses a risk of cross infection in patients. Therefore, it is particularly important to regularly monitor the cleaning and disinfection effectiveness of endoscopes and evaluate whether their disinfection meets the standards. The 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia requires the use of membrane filtration method to check the microbial limit of purified water. This method is also mentioned in the "Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene Standards" (GB 15982-2012) for monitoring endoscopes after disinfection. 50mL of eluent can more fully contact the inner surface of endoscopes than 10mL. Combining direct inoculation method, membrane filtration method, and colony counting will objectively and scientifically evaluate the disinfection quality of endoscopes.
