Overview

Product model: LXSG-15~25 Product introduction: The water meter adopts photoelectric direct reading technology to read character wheel data. Compared with traditional pulse remote transmission meters and plug-in pulse meters, it can reduce the reading error to zero. It is an intelligent remote transmission water meter that achieves zero error through electromechanical conversion in automatic meter reading systems. The module adopts a low-power design and usually does not require power supply. It is only powered through the meter reading bus during meter reading or valve operation. The meters and collection devices are connected by M-bus or RS-485 bus, and are intelligent instruments for remote intelligent reading, data transmission, and valve opening and closing, achieving automated and intelligent management.

Functional Features
  • Accurate reading

    The photoelectric direct reading technology is used to read the data of the character wheel, and the data read at any time is consistent with the mechanical character wheel reading of the water meter.

    Using photoelectric sensing technology for sampling, there is no mechanical contact or action, and it is not affected by vibrations caused by pipelines or other factors that may cause malfunctions.

    The meter adopts weak current line communication. The strong electric power supply is physically isolated from the water meter, with high insulation strength to ensure safe use.

    Using photoelectric sensing technology, the window reading is directly read to ensure accurate data acquisition.

    Cooperate with the collector or concentrator to upload data in accordance with CJ/T188 "Technical Conditions for Data Transmission of Household Measuring Instruments"DL/T645 "Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol" and Modbus RTU Communication Protocol.
