Notes:
1. This product cannot be overloaded and should be weighed separately. Pay attention to the humidity and powder layer in the operating environment;
2. It is prohibited to perform arc welding operations on the weighing platform. If arc welding operations must be performed on the weighing platform. Please note: Disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller; The grounding wire for arc welding must be set near the welded area and firmly in contact with the scale body. Sensors must not be used as part of the arc welding circuit;
3. Maintain good weighing habits during use. During the weighing process, try to place the goods in the middle position of the electronic weighing scale, so that the four sensors of the weighing scale can balance the force. Do not frequently weigh in one corner for the sake of convenience, which may cause uneven force on the sensor and affect the service life of the electronic weighing scale;
4. When the weighing display controller is not used for a long time (such as more than a month), it should be powered on and checked according to environmental conditions to avoid moisture or other adverse gas erosion that affects reliability; Electronic buffering should not be left in outdoor environments for too long, especially not exposed to rain; Maintain a dry operating environment;
5. No inductive loads, such as doorbells, shall be connected to the same phase line of the electronic weighing scale;
6. Avoid getting close to heat and vibration during the use of electronic weighing scales;
7. Due to the potential threat of rodent infestations in many usage scenarios, some areas of the electronic weighing scale signal are exposed, so it is necessary to strictly prevent rodent infestations;
8. Regularly clean the debris next to the sensor to avoid touching the weighing sensor, causing inaccurate weighing, jumping, and other phenomena;
9. Regularly check whether the wiring is loose, broken, and whether the grounding wire is secure;
10. Regular maintenance of the paint on the surface of electronic weighing scales to prevent rusting and affect their lifespan;
11. Regularly check whether the limit clearance is reasonable, whether the scale body is in contact with other objects, collisions, etc;
12. Regularly clean the rust on the sensor screws to avoid causing changes in sensor resistance and affecting weighing;
13. Regularly check the position of the scale angle screw to see if it is within the normal range of use;
14. If the electronic weighing scale display malfunctions, it should be quickly powered off. If the cause of the malfunction cannot be accurately determined, our professional engineers should be notified for inspection and organization. Users are not allowed to open the chassis or replace internal parts at will;
15. Both electronic weighing scale operators and instrument maintenance personnel need to undergo specialized training in order to engage in operation and maintenance.
