1. Test machine host: The column, base, and crossbeam form a closed frame structure, with high frame stiffness, no reverse clearance, and good stability. The outer surface of the column is treated with electroplated electric keys and hard chrome. The servo actuator (oil cylinder) is placed below and designed with a two-way acting oil cylinder piston. The sample clamping adjustment is convenient and flexible.

2. Key components: Adopting international brands such as American MOOG servo valve, German DOLI controller, Japanese Fujitsu oil pump, American interface dynamic sensor, American MTS displacement sensor, etc.

3. Hydraulic servo pump station: adopting leak free technology, stable pressure output, no fluctuations, low noise, good heat dissipation effect, high filtration accuracy, automatic protection against stress overload and oil temperature overheating.

4. Control method: PID closed-loop control of force, displacement, and deformation, and can achieve smooth and disturbance free switching of any control mode.

5. Experimental software: Suitable for operating and controlling systems on the Windows testing platform, it can control the testing system to complete various dynamic and static mechanical performance tests, such as metal tensile, compression, bending, low cycle, and metal fracture mechanics tests, and independently complete various test management, data storage, test report printing, and other functions.

6. Experimental waveforms: sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, random wave, sweep frequency wave, combined waveform, etc.

7. Protection function: It is equipped with alarm shutdown functions such as oil circuit blockage, overheating, low liquid level, hydraulic system overload, motor overheating, preset fatigue times, and specimen fracture.
