5. Instructions for use

Rolling operation: Place the material between two rollers, press the start button, and the motor starts, driving the gears to mesh and drive the two rollers to rotate to achieve rolling.

● Rolling gap adjustment: The inclined block is used to adjust the pressing gap, which has good self locking properties. The gap can be adjusted by rotating the left and right adjustment handwheels, and the dial gauge value is displayed, which is intuitive and convenient.

6. Maintenance methods and precautions

1. Before each operation of the electric horizontal roller matching machine, carefully wipe the surfaces of the two rollers with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to maintain cleanliness.

2. Lubricate the moving parts of the gear with oil to maintain smooth movement.

3. Disable air pump blowing to prevent dust from entering the bearing and affecting the accuracy of use.

If not in use for a long time, wipe the surface of the rolling mill clean and spray anti rust oil on the surface to protect it from corrosion.

5. Regularly inspect the screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners in various parts of the machine to prevent loosening and eliminate quality and personal accidents.

When adjusting the rolling gap, the small wheels on both sides should be adjusted evenly to avoid damaging other parts. After adjustment, the dial gauge can be removed to avoid accidental damage during production and use.
