Electric gate valve

The commonly used specifications for ZYH943 flat gate valves range from DN25 to 1000mm. The commonly used nominal pressure is PN1.6-15.0MPa, and some product series use PN25.0MPa and 42.0MPa.
Hand wheel operation can be applied to valves with a diameter of DN25-600mm, umbrella gear operation is generally applied to valves with a diameter of DN80-600mm, and other driving devices such as pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric (explosion-proof) can be applied to valves of any specification.
The electric control valve adopts various types of internal materials, which can expand the application range of the valve. The application of sulfur resistant materials and special surface treatment processes can enable the valve to be used in sulfur-containing media.

The flow characteristics of a flat gate valve with a guide hole are equivalent to those of a pipeline of the same specification, showing equal percentage characteristics. A flat gate valve without a guide hole has a smaller cavity span than a wedge gate valve and belongs to a regular cylindrical shape. Its pressure loss is greater than that of a valve with a guide hole, but its other characteristics are basically similar.

The flow regulation characteristics of flat gate valves without guide holes are superior to those of ordinary flat gate valves without guide holes
