Electric differential pressure control bypass valveCommonly used in gas or liquid systems to control the pressure difference between gas or liquid pipelines and circuits. Install the electric pressure differential bypass valve in the bypass pipeline of the system water pump accessory. When the system pressure differential increases and exceeds the set value of the control valve, the valve will open further, allowing more water to flow through the bypass valve and reducing the system pressure differential. On the contrary, the decrease in pressure difference leads to a decrease in valve opening, resulting in an increase in system pressure difference.

This system is suitable for pressure differential bypass control of chilled water/hot water systems in central air conditioning.
The main function of the electric differential pressure bypass valve is to maintain the normal operation of equipment such as refrigerators/heat exchangers in the chilled water/hot water system under low end load conditions.

working principle
The differential pressure controller DPC-1 detects the pressure difference between the supply/return main pipe, compares it with the set value, and controls the opening of the electric two-way valve to achieve bypass between the supply and return water, in order to maintain the required pressure difference.
When the pressure difference increases, the red contact is connected to the yellow contact. When the pressure decreases, the red contact is connected to the blue contact, and the red contact can stay in the middle position without electrical connection to other contacts.
