When the measured pressure acts on the spring tube, its end produces corresponding elastic deformation displacement, which is amplified by the transmission mechanism and indicated on the dial by the indicator device. At the same time, the pointer drives the movable contact of the electrical contact device to make contact with the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer, causing the control system to turn on or off the circuit, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals.
Adjustable magnetic steel is installed on the electrical contact signal pin of the electrical contact device, which can increase the suction force of the contact, accelerate the contact action, make the contact reliable, eliminate the arc, and effectively avoid frequent disconnection of the instrument due to working environment vibration or medium pressure pulsation. So this instrument has the advantages of reliable operation, long service life, and high contact switch power.
