The electric bag composite dust collector is a type of dust collector that combines the characteristics of electrostatic dust removal and bag dust removal. It uses the pre collection and charging effect of the front stage electric field and the filtering and dust removal effect of the rear stage filter bag area to fully utilize the dust removal advantages of electric dust collectors and bag dust collectors, as well as the combination of the two to produce new performance advantages, making up for the dust removal disadvantages of electric dust collectors and bag dust collectors.
Electrostatic precipitator retrofit bag filter structure:
The front stage electrostatic precipitator and the rear stage bag filter are arranged in series, sharing the same shell. A designed diversion and drainage device is used between the two dust removal methods. It has the advantages of clear regional division, mature technology, and easy maintenance.
1. Suitable for high specific resistance dust collection, with high and stable dust removal efficiency. The efficiency of the electric bag composite dust collector is not affected by high specific resistance fine dust, coal type, or cigarette ash characteristics. The emission concentration is easy to achieve below 20mg/Nm3 and is stable for a long time.
2. The operating resistance is 500Pa lower than that of a pure bag filter, which can reduce the power consumption of the induced draft fan. The operating resistance is more than 500Pa lower than that of a pure bag filter, and the power of the induced draft fan can be reduced by 1.74KW per 10000m3/h
3. Long cleaning cycle and low energy consumption of gas source. The compressed air consumption is less than 1/3 of that of a pure bag filter

Extend the service life of filter bags: Low operating resistance and small load differential pressure of filter bags extend the service life of filter bags; The long cleaning cycle and few cleaning times have extended the service life of the filter bag. Under the same operating conditions, the service life of electric bags can be extended by more than 1 year compared to pure bag filters.
5. Low comprehensive operation and maintenance costs of equipment: Due to the high filtration wind speed achieved by the electric bag, the amount of filter bags, valves, and other components can be reduced; Low operating energy consumption and long service life of filter bags; The comprehensive reduction of equipment operation and maintenance costs.

Main characteristics of electric bag composite dust collector
The combination of front electric and rear bag, complementing each other's strengths and weaknesses, fully utilizes the advantages of low resistance, low energy, easy operation and maintenance of electrostatic precipitator; It also utilizes the advantages of the bag filter, such as insensitivity to coal types and fine dust collection (99.95%), and can achieve an emission standard of 30mg/Nm3.
The dust removal efficiency is not affected by the characteristics of dust and can meet the operational requirements under different working conditions, ensuring stability.
The dust load of the filter bag is low, the filtration wind speed is high, the operating resistance is low, the filter bag has a long service life, low energy consumption, low operation and maintenance costs, and requires less investment and land area.
The flue gas inlet velocity of each intake chamber is low, the internal airflow distribution is uniform, the dust particle size is small, and the impact on the filter bag is small.
It has high dust removal efficiency for PM10 fine dust and PM2.5 dust.
