Electric Friction Color Fastness Testing Machine

This instrument mainly consists of a control system and a friction system. The sample is fixed to one end of the base with sandpaper attached using a sample clamp. The friction head wrapped in white cotton cloth is placed on the sample and rubbed for a specified number of times. After observing the sample, the degree of adhesion on the white cotton cloth is evaluated by comparing it with a gray card. The stability of the dyeing or surface coating of the fabric sample is evaluated, providing reference data for material evaluation and selection. This instrument is suitable for all fabrics on or inside textiles such as yarn, yarn dyed, printed and dyed, as well as toy products.
