2、 Working principle

Efficient and energy-saving evaporation concentrator for coffee liquidThe core principle of "energy medium circulation heating+vacuum low-temperature evaporation+flavor recovery" is as follows:
  1. Sealed feeding and mild preheating: Coffee liquid is stably fed into the concentration host through a food grade sealed feeding unit, and slowly heated to 50-65 ℃ (coffee flavor tolerance range) by the preheating system to avoid sudden temperature changes that may cause aroma substances to evaporate.

  2. Circulating heating of energy carrying medium: Drawing on the principle of refrigeration cycle, the energy carrying medium completes a phase change cycle of "gaseous liquid gaseous" in a closed system. The heat energy released during the phase change process is uniformly transferred to the coffee liquid through indirect heat exchange, achieving mild heating without local overheating.

  3. Vacuum low-temperature evaporation: The equipment quickly constructs a stable vacuum chamber (vacuum degree -0.05~-0.09MPa), reducing the boiling point of coffee liquid to 50-65 ℃, achieving rapid vaporization of water in a low-temperature environment, while avoiding high temperature damage to core active ingredients such as components and aromatic compounds.
