For new diagnostic industries, such as liquid biopsy, non-invasive prenatal screening (NIPT) and detection of infectious diseases, how to effectively isolate and enrich cell free DNA in blood or other body fluids is full of challenges. The Apostle MiniMaxTM efficient free DNA separation and enrichment kit is a set of reagents designed and optimized specifically for extracting free DNA from complex biological sample matrices such as plasma, serum, or urine. It largely ensures the yield, purity, and integrity of the product, ensuring the accuracy of downstream analysis.
Efficient and reproducible separation, capture, and extraction of free DNA
• Capable of processing 200 ul-5 mL of biological samples such as plasma, serum, urine, etc
Suitable for supporting automated high-throughput extraction systems
• Compatible with multiple blood collection tubes
The purity of cfDNA has been proven to be suitable for downstream PCR and NGS detection

Fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of MiniMaxTM efficient free DNA separation and enrichment kit extracted products. Mix the gradient diluted EGFR fragment standard containing c.2573T>G (L858R) mutation (~170bp) into TE buffer or serum sample, and extract using the Apostle MiniMaxTM kit. The qPCR quantitative results indicate that the kit can extract high-quality cfDNA samples from complex biological matrices and meet the requirements of downstream operations.
The Apostle MiniMaxTM efficient free DNA separation and enrichment kit can be operated manually or automatically with an automated workstation, ensuring high performance while also considering flexibility. Based on your experimental throughput requirements, we offer four different specifications of Apostle MiniMaxTM cfDNA Isolation kits.
