The ETZZ-10A DC resistance tester is an essential testing instrument for transformers after handover, major repairs, and changes to the tap changer. According to the regulations, it is necessary to measure the DC resistance of transformer windings during transformer handover, major repairs, minor repairs, changes in tap positions, fault inspections, and pre testing. The purpose is to:
1. Check the welding quality of the internal wires and leads of the winding;
2. Check whether the contact of each position of the tap changer is good;
3. Check whether there are any broken parts in the winding or lead out wire;
4. Check the correctness of the parallel branch and whether there is a situation where the winding formed by several parallel wires has one or several broken wires;
5. Check for short circuits between layers and turns.
