ETCR3670A Transformer DC Resistance Tester, also known as Transformer Winding Tester or DC Resistance Tester, is used to quickly measure the DC resistance of various transformer windings. The necessary testing items for semi-finished and finished product factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department in transformer manufacturing can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as loose material selection, welding, connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation.

ETCR3670A Transformer DC Resistance TesterComposed of a host, test line, USB communication line, etc., the instrument adopts microprocessor technology and precise four wire method for testing. The range is 1.000m Ω~50.00k Ω, with a high accuracy of 0.2% and a maximum resolution of 1u Ω. The measurement is accurate and reliable. The instrument has two measurement modes: automatic measurement and manual measurement. It adopts fast automatic demagnetization technology, and users do not need to demagnetize separately after testing. The instrument has a 75 ℃ temperature conversion resistance calculation function, which compensates for the conversion based on the temperature and material of the test sample. The instrument adopts a 5-inch full-color high-definition touch screen with backlight adjustment function, which is clearly visible under strong light. The instrument panel is equipped with a built-in printer, Bluetooth communication, and USB interface.
