Product Overview

The ET-5kV adjustable high voltage digital megohmmeter tests high voltage and power, and the measured object often has power frequency leakage or induced high voltage interference electrical energy. Therefore, for personal safety, it is necessary to first connect the safety grounding wire when using this instrument.
After starting the T-5kV adjustable high-voltage digital megohmmeter, please do not use manual discharge to check the instrument. After the test is completed, you should also wait for the instrument to automatically discharge and the voltmeter to return to zero before performing the manual discharge required for routine safety. Because the strong electrical pulse wave of short-circuit discharge damages the insulation life of the tested object, and if the pulse enters the instrument, it also damages the integrated circuit inside the instrument.
This adjustable high-voltage digital megohmmeter is designed and developed to test the electrical insulation resistance characteristics of large high-voltage transformers, motors and electrical appliances, remote power cables or buried cables under strong interference in high-voltage substations and power plants. It can also be used for measuring electrical insulation resistance characteristics in a wide range of fields.
