5、 Installation requirements and methods

Connect the integrated vibration transmitter to the measured object, and the fixing method is generally to use the manufacturer's double headed screw to fix one end in the center hole of the sensor base and the other end in a suitable position on the bearing cover of the rotating machinery, and avoid installation in excessively humid places (if the environment is harsh, a protective cover can be ordered from the manufacturer). To eliminate on-site interference, shielded cables must be used, and one end of the shielding layer must be grounded.

6、 Precautions

Installed at vibration sensitive points, points closest to the core, and vulnerable points of the machine. The measurement point should be as close as possible to the load-bearing area and have sufficient rigidity, and the base of the sensor should be in close contact with the measured object.

During transportation and installation of sensors, unnecessary vibrations and impacts should be avoided as much as possible.

When it is inconvenient to drill holes for sensors on site, a magnetic seat can be used for installation.
