· EMP-3 is a compact, lightweight, and highly reliable portable continuous mercury analyzer.
· The portable atomic absorption spectrophotometer is installed inside the instrument, making it easy to carry to various sites and ensuring simple and fast measurements in the working environment.
· EMP-3 can meet various application requirements and change traditional measurement methods.

Available in three colors: blue, green, and orange
·The sample gas directly enters the absorption cell, and the mercury concentration is measured using atomic absorption spectroscopy with an absorbance of 253.7nm wavelength.
·The weight and size of the instrument have been further reduced compared to previous models. The measurement range is 0-2000 µ g/Nm3, and the response time is only 1 second. The measurement data is saved in CSV format on the SD card,Easy to analyze.
·The operation is performed on a 4.3-inch color touch screen (LCD).

FDFDFD'>By installing the GPS function, there is no need to record measurement points on site. In addition, it can be used more safely and reliably in various measurement locations. Adopting a waterproof seamless design, the measurement range is twice that of the previous model.
EMP-3 has anti-interference function. Even in places where there may be interfering gases (such as hydrocarbon gases), the instrument can immediately detect mercury and obtain effective data.
By connecting optional configurations, the instrument can also be used for on-site measurement of high concentration mercury gases (up to 2000 µ g/Nm3) and water samples.

Manufacturing, processing, and recycling of fluorescent lamps
Emergency response and cleaning monitoring of mercury leakage
Mercury pollution source detection and investigation
Workplace/worker safety and hygiene monitoring
Hazardous waste detection and screening
Mercury in natural gas (via Tedlar sample bag)
On site testing of water samples (used in conjunction with AQUA)
This accessory is a reduction gasification device used to simplify the measurement of environmental water and tap water.
Usually, the simplified measurement method available on site is the use of mercury detection tubes. AQUA configuration is closer to the official detection method and can easily perform mercury measurements.

Place the liquid sample into the sample container, add (1+1) sulfuric acid and 10% tin chloride solution, reduce and evaporate the mercury in the sample to ensure simplified measurement of tin (II) chloride.
If alkaline reduction is carried out, the total mercury content can also be detected.
Due to the fact that the instrument is powered by batteries, it can be used even on sites without a power source. (However, for samples containing interference such as organic substances, without pre-treatment, accurate detection results may not be obtained.)
FDFDFD'>By installing this configuration, higher concentrations of mercury can be detected.
FDFDFD'>The measurement range is 0-20000 µ g/Nm3, suitable for detecting gaseous metallic mercury in the working environment air, as well as in gases such as liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas.

When used in conjunction with WLE-9 (gas mercury pretreatment device), it can continuously measure mercury in flue gas. (SGM-9)
The instrument is lightweight and compact, making it easy to move. When detecting high altitude flue gas, it can significantly reduce the workload, which has always been difficult to achieve. If the installation space, reagents, and power supply are all available, testing can begin on the same day.
