EM4000 Pen type Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

Introduction: The EM4000 non-contact pen thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of steel pipes, steel plates, bars, and other steel structures, as well as aluminum and other metals. No coupling agent is required during measurement, and the distance between the sensor and the test object can reach up to 3 millimeters without surface treatment. Rust proof film, salt deposits, or any other insulation coating (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.) can be used as the operating gap. On the slope of the sensor, the testing indicators are very reliable, unlike traditional thickness measurement and piezoelectric converters that require the sensor to be fixed in a specific position. The special data processing algorithm used in EM4000 allows for accurate measurement of thickness in the presence of interference factors such as metal anisotropy, multiple reflectors, and external noise. Algorithms designed by experts help reduce the impact of human factors and simplify device interfaces.
