Product Details

As a century old brand in the field of industrial fluid connection and compensation, ELAFLEX has launched the SERV-G series yellow ring rubber expansion joint with German precision as its core foundation. Focusing on harsh transportation scenarios such as petroleum based products, various fuels, urban gas, and natural gas, ELAFLEX has become the core solution for flexible compensation of pipeline systems with full specification model coverage and multi working condition adaptability. This series of products has been certified by DNV-GL, Lloyd's Register, China Classification Society, and other organizations, and is widely used in fields such as oil tanker transportation, refineries, gas stations, aviation refueling, and ship support, balancing safety performance and scene adaptability.

Full specification models and core parameters

ERV-G series covers the full diameter range from DN25 to DN300. By default, it is equipped with DIN PN10/16 rotatable galvanized carbon steel flange, which supports the customization of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials. It adopts the composite structure of NBR lining+PA textile cord reinforcement+CR outer covering, and has three core characteristics of oil resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance. ERV-G 25.16: nominal diameter DN25 (1 inch), nominal pressure PN16, standard assembly length 130mm, axial compensation ± 30mm, lateral compensation ± 12mm, angular compensation ± 3 °, applicable temperature -20 ℃~+90 ℃ (short-term tolerance+100 ℃), suitable for petroleum products with aromatic content ≤ 50%, fuel with ethanol content ≤ 85%, and urban gas and natural gas transportation without LPG.

  2. ERV-G 50.16The nominal diameter is DN50 (2 inches), the nominal pressure is PN16, the assembly length is 160mm, the axial compensation is ± 30mm, the lateral compensation is ± 15mm, and the angular compensation is ± 3 °. The temperature range is the same as before, and it is mainly used for the transportation of conventional fuels such as aviation fuel, diesel, heating oil, and gasoline.

  3. ERV-G 80.16The nominal diameter is DN80 (3 inches), the nominal pressure is PN16, the assembly length is 160mm, the compensation parameters are the same as those of RV-G 50.16, the temperature range is fixed, and it is mainly used in medium flow transportation scenarios such as oil pipelines in refineries and main oil pipelines in gas stations.

  4. ERV-G 100.16The nominal diameter is DN100 (4 inches), the nominal pressure is PN16, the assembly length is 160mm, and the compensation parameters are stable. It is designed specifically for ship fuel delivery systems and large gas station main pipelines to ensure the stability of medium to high flow medium transportation.

  7. ERV-G 300.10The nominal diameter is DN300 (12 inches), the nominal pressure is PN10, the assembly length is 200mm, and the compensation parameters are unified. It focuses on heavy-duty and high load transmission scenarios such as oil main pipes for ocean going ships and main pipelines for ultra large gas stations.

For special working conditions such as low temperature, fire prevention, high temperature and high humidity, the RV-G series has launched three derivative models to achieve scenario specific precise adaptation and further expand the application boundaries of the product:

SERV-G LT (Low Temperature Special Type)The temperature adaptation range has been upgraded to -40 ℃~+90 ℃ (short-term+100 ℃), continuing the NBR seamless wear-resistant lining and CR weather resistant outer cover structure. It comes standard with PN16 flanges and is designed specifically for diesel and aviation fuel transportation in cold regions. It can maintain structural stability in low temperature environments of -40 ℃ and prevent brittle fracture failure problems.

  2. SERV-GS (fire enhanced type)Through ISO 15540 certification, it can achieve 30 minutes of fire resistance protection at high temperatures of 800 ℃. It adopts a steel wire curtain reinforced structure, which has both oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance characteristics, and is suitable for core scenarios with strict fire protection requirements such as petrochemical plants and ship engine rooms.

SERV-GS HNBR (high weather resistance type): It is made of HNBR high-performance materials, with a temperature range of -35 ℃~+120 ℃, and has excellent mineral oil resistance, anti-aging, and ozone resistance.
