working principle
In the balance valve, pressure oil can freely flow from port 2 (valve port) into port 1 (load port) and prevent the reverse flow of hydraulic oil

Introduction
1CE20 is a standard balance valve with threaded insertion, which has three oil ports and can be controlled by an external pilot.
working principle

Due to the control flow returning to the valve outlet (i.e. without a drain port), this energy efficiency is high. When the optical valve is closed, if the outlet pressure exceeds the inlet pressure, the main valve core allows reverse flow. The function of the main valve depends on the type of pilot valve equipped. If pressure compensation function is added to the pilot stage, the entire system will also have pressure compensation. If equipped with a pilot relief valve, the main valve operates as a relief valve.
Therefore, the position of the main valve core is controlled by a closed-loop system. The closed-loop system has a variable damping port on the valve core as an internal position feedback element. The command signal in this feedback system is the control flow set by the proportional pilot flow control valve.
