△High definition LCD display screen:
This model has added a fully tempered glass touch screen LCD display, which is sturdy, durable, and sensitive to touch. Tempered glass is more corrosion-resistant, solving the problem of traditional LED touch displays in gas chromatographs being insensitive to touch due to contact with organic solvents in corrosive environments for a long time.Three color LED light groups have been added, synchronized with the anti control system software for a fresh, clear, and aesthetically pleasing display.
△ High stability FID detector:
FID adopts a wide range logarithmic amplification signal processing to ensure weak signal amplification processing, excessive signal compression processing, and unsaturated signal values.
Realize automatic ignition and shutdown monitoring of FID without manual triggering. The ignition frequency is automatically controlled based on temperature, and the ignition threshold can be set arbitrarily.
The excellent FID detector is superior to the previous generation product, with a detection limit that is almost an order of magnitude higher.
The lower end of the detector is equipped with an integrated insulation box to prevent furnace temperature leakage and achieve higher control accuracy.
Excellent capillary injection system:
The injection port is made of 316L stainless steel material, which optimizes the structure of the injection port. The size of the injection spacer is further optimized, and imported spacers can be directly used for complex samples.
Both quartz liner and liner O-ring can use imported products to ensure no ghost peaks during injection.
△ EPC electronic flow pressure control system:
This instrument is equipped with an excellent full EPC pressure and flow control system, and the RS232 interface for network port transmission is suitable for effective connection of system software, improving the automation requirements of the instrument.
The new EPC system uses multiple temperature compensation algorithms and back pressure compensation algorithms to make the accuracy of EPC more reliable and stable than the previous generation, providing more complete gas path process control for achieving chromatographic automation.
