The e+a synchronous motor is suitable for any standard system used for synchronous drive. E+A can provide customers with various suggestions to achieve optimal motor performance. E+a synchronous motor has 2, 4, 6, and 8 poles; ENCA and ALKA spindle structures can be used!

E+A stator
The e+a stator has multiple designs to meet specific application requirements. Manually winding the stator can meet all individual needs. This method ensures a high copper density and can meet all design requirements.

1. ENCA stator structure
ENCA is a highly efficient coil protection structure designed for small motors. The ENCA structure has a high insulation level and can effectively protect the coil in case of leakage. ENCA can be used for both asynchronous and synchronous motors. Mainly targeting stators with an outer diameter of less than 90mm! This structure can also be used during the production of motor stator with an outer diameter of 90-240mm (before winding the coil)!

The ENCA structure mainly serves the following purposes:
1. Very effective in preventing moisture and dust.
2. Improve the motor's ability to resist mechanical damage.
3. Improve heat loss.
4. Precise guidance function.

2. ALKA stator structure

In addition to the advantages of ENCA, ALKA can also ensure good cooling effect of the coil. The ALKA structure can be used for both synchronous and asynchronous motors. Mainly for stators with an outer diameter of less than 106mm! This structure can also be used during the production of stator with an outer diameter of 106-300mm (before winding the coil).

The main function of ALKA structure is:
1. Very effective in preventing moisture and dust.
2. Improve the motor's ability to resist mechanical damage.
3. Improve heat loss and enhance motor cooling efficiency.
4. Precise guidance function.

3. Standard stator structure

The standard stator is composed of vacuum pressed coils. It has the following advantages:

1. Ultra high insulation performance.
2. Long service life.

Generally, when the motor leaves the factory, there is a small amount of machining allowance left on the outer surface of the stator. Customers can perform the final grinding according to their needs and then match it with the water jacket.


Asynchronous motor rotor

Asynchronous motor rotors are mainly made of materials such as aluminum rotors, copper rotors, and alloy rotors.
Among them, the aluminum rotor is lightweight, has a long lifespan, and has a maximum linear speed of 130m/s. Compared to aluminum rotors. Copper rotors can have a larger inner hole diameter, which means better rigidity of the main shaft, while keeping other performance factors constant. The copper rotor has a linear velocity of 100m/s, which can reach 170m/s through our special treatment.

E+A asynchronous rotor
The main advantages of asynchronous rotors are their sturdy structure and easy installation and operation. According to performance and speed requirements, asynchronous rotors come in various design specifications, ranging from cost-effective aluminum rotors to copper steel rotors, providing the highest speed and high power.

E+A synchronous rotor
Due to its high power and compact design, synchronous rotors can achieve very high torque, and the rotor has excellent dynamic performance to cope with high torque.

E+A permanent magnet synchronous motorE+A motor

A synchronous motor with a permanent magnet rotor can provide high-power drive for the spindle. E+A RPS rotor measuring instrument

RPS can ensure that when installing E+A synchronous rotors, the same specifications of main shafts have the same commutation overlap angle. This eliminates the need to reset and program the frequency converter every time it is installed. When repairing or replacing the spindle or motor, all parameters will be tested and recorded.

The PRS rotor measuring instrument can detect parameters such as voltage, speed, mechanical angle, electrical angle, motor stage, and sensor teeth.
