High speed dynamic torque sensorThe torque displayed in real-time by the tool or equipment during the assembly process is the torque achieved by the bolt overcoming dynamic friction. The torque values pre-set for general torque tools and tightening machines are also dynamic torque values.
Static torque: The larger torque achieved by overcoming static friction along the tightening direction after the tightened bolt stops, is called static torque. The peak torque measured by a pointer type manual wrench is generally static torque.
In the actual assembly process, it is very important to distinguish between dynamic torque and static torque, which is related to the final assembly effect of the product. Many foreign factories list dynamic torque and static torque separately when considering assembly processes, in order to test the torque for different tools and departments.
