1、 Instrument description:
Huifen 7990 is a universal dry powder aerosol diffuser widely used in aerosol and powder science, industrial processes, and quality control. The diffusion technology of dry powder and dust includes two steps: continuous feeding to the diffuser; Spread the powder into aerosols. One method of quantitatively conveying powder to the diffuser is to use a transmission roller belt. The carefully designed tooth spacing can continuously and stably transport powder even at low feed rates. By adjusting the speed of the feeding belt, it is easy to adjust the concentration of aerosol output over a wide range. When powder is output from a nozzle (similar to the type in DIN ISO 5011), the shear force formed at the nozzle mouth disperses the agglomerated powder particles, thereby forming aerosol particles. A dedicated scraper device can ensure balanced packing between the teeth, thereby minimizing the impact of the amount of powder in the storage tank on the aerosol mass flow rate.
