1、 Purpose:

DC-3 Multi purposeDumbbell shaped prototypeThe following styles can be produced:

Type I and II dumbbell shaped specimens as specified in GB/T1040-92 "Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics".

According to GB8802-88 "Method for determination of Vicat softening temperature of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and fittings" and GB1633-79 "Test method for Vicat softening point of thermoplastic materials", Vicat samples with a thickness greater than 6mm are specified.

3. Long strip specimens with a total length of ≤ 250mm and a thickness of ≤ 10mm.

4. Other shapes and styles requested by the user.

2、 Usage:

1. Prepare a sample blank with the following dimensions:

Type I specimen: total length 150 ± 1.0, width ≥ 22

Type II specimen: total length 115 ± 1.0, width ≥ 27

Vika style: total length ≤ 50 ± 1.0, width 10

Long strip style: total length ≤ 250 ± 1.0, width=required size+processing quantity greater than 2mm.

2. Loading of sample blanks

Type I, II, and long sample blanks should be directly loaded into the corresponding fixtures for clamping, and the clamping force should not be too large to avoid specific deformation. As long as the sample blank can be clamped, it is acceptable. In addition, each surface should be symmetrical as much as possible to ensure uniform processing.

3、 Machine dimensions
