In addition, the design of the jacket, bottom jacket, inner disc tube of the jacket, and guide plate not only improves heating efficiency but also achieves effective cooling function.

The mixing system is another highlight of this machine. The mixing slurry in the tank adopts a variable frequency speed regulation method combining revolution and rotation (driven by a variable frequency motor), which can flexibly adjust the speed according to different processes and material viscosities. The speed measurement system provides real-time feedback on the speed of the mixing blade to ensure the stability and controllability of the mixing process.

Precautions for use:

1. Safe operation: Before raising the lid, be sure to open the exhaust valve to release the internal pressure of the pot to normal pressure, and then press the lid up button. When the lid of the pot is lowered, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or utensils into the pot body to prevent safety accidents.

2. Equipment maintenance: Before starting the dual planetary mixer, the oil level of the vacuum pump should be checked to ensure that it is within the oil standard range. When the oil level is too low, it is necessary to replenish lubricating oil of the same brand in a timely manner. When operating the clutch power supply inside the control cabinet, be careful and avoid touching the terminals and bare wires to prevent electric shock.

3. Material management: It is strictly prohibited to mix metal or hard objects into materials to avoid damaging the machine. When operating, gradually increase from low speed to the desired speed to avoid sudden acceleration. When parking, you should also gradually slow down from the highway until you come to a stop. Without permission, it is not allowed to adjust the valves of the hydraulic system arbitrarily to avoid affecting the performance of the equipment.
