It is particularly suitable for on-site operation and is a new type of AC/DC dual-purpose high-voltage test transformer that has been updated and replaced in China. This series of products is suitable for on-site testing of insulation performance of various electrical equipment in power systems and various power users, as well as high-voltage power sources in various voltage systems or devices with DC high voltage and low current of electrical products.

This series of transformers utilizes excellent production equipment and adopts a new process of coil winding epoxy vacuum casting and CD type iron core. Compared with similar oil immersed transformers, it significantly reduces weight and volume, improves insulation strength and moisture resistance in terms of quality, and effectively weakens leakage magnetic flux, greatly enhancing the transformer's ability to withstand the impact of test short-circuit current.

The input voltage of this series of products is 200V. By using the principle of electromagnetic induction to change the input voltage as needed, the output high voltage can be continuously adjusted from zero volts to the rated maximum value.
When conducting DC withstand voltage and leakage current tests, simply installing the high-voltage silicon stack on the high-voltage output terminal can change the input voltage and obtain different values of DC high-voltage output.

(1) Before the experiment, the shell "〨" end of the high-voltage test transformer and the grounding terminal "〨" of the power control box must be well grounded, otherwise it will endanger the safety of personnel and equipment.
(2) Before operation, it is necessary to be familiar with the electrical principles and wiring diagrams of the high-voltage test transformer and power control box. If checking the DC withstand voltage and leakage test, you can first turn the high-voltage or microampere meter on the high-voltage end of the high-voltage test transformer.
(3) After preparation and checking the circuit for accuracy, you can turn on the main power switch,
At this time, the red switch indicator light is also on. If it doesn't light up, the regulator handle should be returned to the zero position counterclockwise, and the indicator light on the red stop button should light up. Otherwise, the start button will refuse to cooperate.
(4) Press the start button, and the green button indicator light will turn on. At this time, rotate the voltage regulator handle slowly and evenly at a speed of 1.5-2 kV per second in a clockwise direction. The high voltage gradually increases and pay close attention to the indication on the voltmeter and the condition of the test sample until it is adjusted to the desired high voltage for testing.
(5) To test the withstand voltage test time of the product,
The timer can be pulled to set the required time, and then the timer and alarm switch can be pressed to test the product's voltage resistance within the specified time, and then the alarm will be notified. If the tested product is broken down, the overcurrent relay will automatically trip. At this time, the reading on the voltmeter is the value of the product's breakdown voltage.
(6) To protect the tested product from breakdown, the protective ball gap can be continuously connected on the high voltage side to adjust the discharge voltage of the protective ball to about 1.15 times the test voltage.
