Dry state floc dropping tester

IDM dry floc tester, according to the testing method specified in ISO9037-10 standard, tests the amount of fiber debris and can meet the detection of dry floc in raw non-woven fabrics and other textile materials. During the testing process, the sample undergoes a combination of twisting and compression in the experimental chamber. During this twisting process, air is extracted from the chamber and the particles in the air are counted and classified using a laser dust particle counter.

【 Testing Principle 】

The sample undergoes a combined effect of torsion and compression inside the test chamber. Extract air from the test chamber during this twisting process, and use a laser dust particle counter to count and classify particles in the air.
