DuraClone is an innovative flow cytometry dry powder reagent developed by Beckman Coulter. Its unique innovative production technology and process ensure its long-term stability at room temperature, without the need for refrigeration during transportation and storage. The drying process of the reagent enables the antibodies to be evenly distributed at the bottom of the flow tube, ensuring repeatability between tubes and batches. The DuraClone dry powder reagent developed by Beckman Coulter is suitable for numerous flow cytometry tests, including studying the characteristics of T lymphocyte subsets to detect HIV/AIDS in patients; Detection and stem cell immune typing of human leukocyte antigen B27.

DuraClone is simple and easy to use
After precise packaging into independent ready to use tubes, the entire sample preparation process can be accelerated by reducing the operator's holding time. Fluorescent counting microspheres are pre mixed in reagent tubes to ensure accurate counting. By reducing the number of pipetting steps - only adding blood samples and hemolysis - the maximum degree of reliability of the results is ensured. Incubation only takes 30 minutes to quickly obtain results.

We provide 3-color or 4-color reagent kits and fluorescent counting microspheres, which can perform absolute counting of T lymphocytes and total lymphocytes, making them very suitable for HIV-AIDS screening in patients.
