Double-layer glass reactor

1、 Purpose:

The double-layer glass reactor is an ideal experimental/pilot/production equipment for modern synthesis, chemical, biopharmaceutical, and new material preparation, with the reaction solvent placed inside for stirring reactions and the interlayer for constant temperature heating/cooling reactions using cold and heat sources (such as frozen liquid, water, or hot oil).

2、 Characteristics of double-layer glass reactor products

1. Large caliber discharge valve, capable of accommodating solids and liquids.

2. Distillation and reflux can be carried out simultaneously.

3. Imported variable frequency speed regulation or electronic stepless speed regulation, driven by AC precision reduction motor for mixing, with strong mixing force, no brushes, and no sparks.

4. The glass is made of high-quality GG-17 borosilicate material, which has good chemical and physical properties.

5. There are two types of structures: integral stainless steel frame and floor type structure, which ensure stable and reliable mixing.
