IIIPunching machineStructure Overview:

The punching machine mainly consists of: handwheel, three head screw, machine base, spring, shaft, shaft frame, and platform.

There are three screw rods installed in the screw holes of the machine body, and the upper end of the screw rod is equipped with a handwheel. The rotating screw rod is equipped with a sliding shaft in its lower shaft frame, and the upper end is tightened by a spring. Different types of cutting knives can be replaced on the lower platform. When the handwheel is rotated, the three headed screw drives the cutting blade through the sliding shaft, which can perform reciprocating motion to achieve the purpose of punching the test piece.

（1）Place a thick cardboard or an abandoned thick book on the machine platform;

（2）Place the sample blank on the flat surface of the cardboard;

（3）Place the cutting blade on the sample on the workbench, ensuring that the cutting edge plane is parallel to the machine base platform, and visually align it with the pressure plate of the machine;

（4）Gently turn the control switch downwards, and the pressure plate will press against the cutting blade under the action of the cylinder to punch and cut the standard sample. Gently turn the control switch upwards, and after lifting the pressure plate, the sample can be taken out.
