The double flange capillary differential pressure transmitter is a capacitive transmitter with superior performance developed and manufactured using world advanced technology. It is used to accurately measure micro differential pressure to large differential pressure, low pressure to high pressure, liquid level, vacuum degree, and specific gravity. Combined with throttling devices, it can also be used for measuring flow rate. Widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, textile, power, food, papermaking, and pharmaceuticals.
The double flange capillary differential pressure transmitter is used to avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. It connects the measuring chamber of the transmitter with a stainless steel capillary tube (a tube with a diameter of about 3mm, with additional protection) to one or two pressures or differential pressures ranging from several meters to tens of meters, forming a flange shaped measuring membrane box filled with conductive medium silicone oil. When in use, the flange can be connected to the equipment for measurement. The measurement data can be displayed on-site through the meter head or output as a 4-20mA signal through remote transmission.
