DB-502 Double Door Refrigerator Training and Assessment Device
I. Overview
The dual door refrigerator training and assessment device integrates the refrigeration system, electrical control system, and fault setting system, visually demonstrating the system structure and refrigeration principle of this refrigerator. The structure and main components of the refrigeration cycle system can be clearly seen, and the system is equipped with AC voltage meters, temperature meters, vacuum high and low voltage meters, and signal indicator lights, making the real-time operation of the entire refrigerator system clear at a glance.

3、 Basic equipment of the device
1. Training cabinet: Iron double-layer matte texture spray coating structure, aluminum panel. Two control valves have been added to the refrigeration system for switching between different evaporators when converting between direct cooling and indirect cooling refrigerators, and for completing fault simulation training of the refrigeration system. There is a sight glass installed in the pipeline for easy observation of the refrigerant's condition. There is a cabinet at the bottom of the training cabinet for placing training cables, tools, and other training supplies. The refrigerator door adopts a transparent design, making it easy to observe the frosting and condensation on the surface of the evaporator. The condenser is externally located behind the refrigerator.
2. One AC voltmeter: measuring range 0-250V, accuracy level 1.5, used for monitoring power supply voltage.
3. One AC ammeter: measuring range of 0-5A, accuracy level 1.5, used to observe the starting current and normal working current of the system.
4. Four thermometers: equipped with PT100 sensors and a three and a half digit digital display, capable of measuring the temperature of the freezer, refrigerator, condenser inlet and outlet respectively.
5. By using a flowchart and measuring instruments, the positions of each measuring point can be directly displayed, allowing students to have a more intuitive understanding of the changes in operating data of the refrigeration system;
5. Two vacuum pressure gauges: measuring ranges of -0.1 to 0.9MPa and -0.1 to 1.5MPa, capable of displaying the pressure on both the low-pressure and high-pressure sides of the system.
6. One simulated fault setting box: embedded in the training cabinet, used for simulating fault settings and equipped with a lock. The types of faults that can be set include: power circuit, lighting circuit, defrosting circuit, compressor protection circuit, etc.
7. One set of current type leakage protection device: When the ground leakage current exceeds a certain value, it will trip and cut off the power supply; Equipped with thermal protection devices to provide overheating and overload protection for the compressor.
8. One set of training connection cable: The training connection cable and socket adopt an anti electric shock structure, which is safe, reliable, and anti electric shock.
