working principle
A pressure sensor is a Wheatstone bridge diffused on a single crystal silicon wafer, and the measured medium (gas or liquid) applies pressure to change the resistance value of the bridge wall (piezoresistive effect), generating a differential voltage signal. This signal is amplified by a dedicated amplifier to convert the signal corresponding to the range into a standard analog signal or digital signal.
