1、 Basic specifications

• Model: JY-350 × 1200 (Dongli PTFE coated)

• Size:Diameter 350mm x Length 1200mm

• Structure: Open Open at both ends, can be equipped with flanges, chucks, and lifting devices

• Filter area:About 15 square meters(Wide pleated encryption)

• Temperature resistance: ≤ 120 ℃, suitable for conventional pulse blowback

• Substrate:Toray Polyester Long Fiber from Japan(High strength, moisture resistance and aging resistance)

• Film coating:PTFE Nanoporous Layer，0.3 μ m accuracy, efficiency ≥ 99.98%

• Features: Surface filtrationOil proof, waterproof, non stick to dust, easy to clean dust

3、 Optional upgrade (customized as needed)

• Anti static: Carbon black conductive fiber, resistance 10 ⁴ -10 ⁸ Ω, suitable for explosive dust

• Flame retardant: UL94 V-0 grade, self extinguishing upon ignition (welding smoke, carbon black, coal powder)

• Prohibition of copper and zinc: all stainless steel end caps/frames, compatible with lithium batteries and high-purity powders
