1The air volume at the air inlet is small, the temperature rise is unstable, the motor reverses, and the power supply wire is replacedU－V－WAny two lines are sufficient;

2The motor produces noise and the bearings are damaged. The bearings or motor should be replaced;

3The motor is not running properly, with high vibration and loose fixing screws. Please tighten the screws;

4The temperature controller display is abnormal, the temperature rises continuously, and the temperature measuring head is aging/Necrosis, replace in case of emergency;

5If the temperature error is large, inaccurate, and the temperature measurement is aging, then replace the temperature head (note: temperature head division type)KtypeStypeJType, etc.)

6The dashboard indicator light is not on, the startup does not work, and the instrument does not display. Check if the overload protector is overloaded and if the power supply voltage is normal. If it is overloaded, simply press the button on the overload protector to reset it.
