The Scala LNS-20A liquid nitrogen generator adopts an efficient integrated design and can customize high-purity liquid nitrogen according to user needs, with a daily output of 20-25 liters. The system supports 24-hour continuous operation, with a power supply standard of 220V 50/60Hz and a maximum power consumption of 2.8kW.
This device integrates an oil-free air compressor, PSA nitrogen generator, nitrogen buffer tank, and a GM low-temperature refrigeration unit installed on top of a 100 liter Dewar tank, forming a highly integrated structure that can directly prepare liquid nitrogen from the air, with a daily output of over 20 liters.
