Specially designed for A/B-level environmental monitoring in purification workshops. This product is used to detect disinfected surfaces of chlorhexidine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants.

1. Remove the contact disc from a cool place, place it, and restore it to room temperature;
2. Check the label of the contact disc and confirm that it is used within its expiration date;
3. Check the packaging and appearance of the contact disc, and discard any defective petri dishes;
4. Select the location to be inspected, unpack, open the cover of the contact plate, hold the culture base with agar in hand, and press the side with agar onto the location to be inspected, gently pressing for 8-10 seconds;
5. Cover the contact disc with a lid and incubate it in a culture box.

Inspection results Test result

The sampled contact plates should be placed in incubators at 25-28 degrees and 35-37 degrees for continuous cultivation for 7 days. After cultivation, observe the contact plates and calculate the number of bacteria per unit area (one small grid is one square centimeter). By observing the morphology of the colonies and counting the number of colonies, preliminary classification and identification can be carried out.
