Purpose:
1. Usage:
1. Remove the incubator, first check if the packaging is intact, and then open the sterile packaging bag in the sterile room.
2. Place the culture cups one by one on the stainless steel seats.
3. Install the elastic hose of the bacterial culture apparatus into the pump head of the bacterial collection device. Accurate positioning and smooth movement of the hose are required.
4. Open the bottle cap socket of the sample to be tested and disinfect it. And position the sample bottle.
5. Remove the sheath of the injection needle tube, insert the sample bottle, turn on the bacterial collector, and avoid air intake into the dual core needle tube and filter membrane being contaminated by the drug solution
Wet. Affects air intake. Ampoule liquid does not exhibit such phenomena. Because a single core needle tube is used)
6. Take another bottle of the test sample and repeat step 4. Until the specified number of samples is completed.
7. Remove the rubber plug from the top air filter opening and place it over the mouth of the culture base.
8. Take the pump tube clamp and clamp one of the pump tubes in front. Inject aerobic/anaerobic bacterial culture medium. The other incubator is the same as above.
9. Clamp the pump tube onto the pump tube of the incubator. Leave a 5-6cm pump tube. Cut off the remaining parts. And open the remaining pump tubes
Insert the end into the upper part of the cup. On the air filter vent nozzle.
10. Take one culture vessel that requires anaerobic cultivation and pour it into the positive bacterial chamber. Add 1m of positive control bacterial solution from the pump tube.
11. Mark and place in the corresponding incubator for cultivation.
