Formula: g/L Tryptone 20.0g Sodium Chloride 1.0g Yeast Extract（酵母浸粉） 2.0g Mannitol（甘·露·醇） 20.0g Sodium Deoxycholate 2.0g Magnesium Sulfate•7H2O (Sulfur acid magnesium • 7H2O) 0.01g Irgasan(Irgasan) 0.0004g Neutral Red 0.03g Crystal Violet 0.001g Agar 12.0g pH7.5±0.1(25℃)
Preparation method:
Weigh 57.0g of this product into 1L of purified water, stir and heat to boil until dissolved, pack separately, sterilize at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55 ℃, add 1 bottle of 20601 (CIN-1 medium basic additive) to every 100ml of culture medium, mix well, and pour onto a plate.
