Dispersing emulsifierWorking Principle:
The electric hydraulic module provides power to the single acting booster pump, which can amplify the hydraulic pressure to the required pressure of the material. The pressure range is 172-2068bar (2500 to 30000psi), and the pressure can be adjusted through an overflow valve. The booster pump drives the material at a constant rate through a fixed geometric shape interactive chamber microchannel. During the process of passing through the microchannel, the material pressure increases and the flow rate accelerates, generating high shear force, high collision force, etc. As the stroke of the booster pump ends, it will suck up new material in the opposite direction. At the end of the feed stroke, the booster pump will push the material in the opposite direction again to repeat the work at a constant pressure. After leaving the microchannel, the material passes through a flow heat exchanger, which can adjust the temperature to the desired level. The material can be recycled for further processing or proceed to the next step of processing.
