Digital temperature and humidity sensor RHT03-SPI

The RHT03 is a temperature and relative humidity sensor module that includes an SPI interface (main mode) for direct temperature and humidity readings. Digital output is pre calculated without any additional computational requirements. The system is suitable for two sensor elements: NTC high-precision temperature sensor and resistive relative humidity sensor from Japan. There is a very unique patent and relative humidity calculation algorithm, which ensures accurate relative humidity output through a good temperature adjustment compensation mechanism. Such high-precision humidity reading can be guaranteed throughout the entire temperature range (0-50 C).

-Power supply: 3.0~5.5V (can operate at a minimum of 2V)

-Humidity measurement range: 18~98% RH; resistant to high humidity
