When the input parameters are incorrect, the controller will automatically display "input invalid", achieving the goal of reliable control and simple operation. IIIOperation steps:

1. Place a quantitative sample and blending agent on the lower grinding disc, mix them into a slurry with a blending tool, then move the blended slurry to the center position of the lower grinding disc, and lower the upper grinding disc to fasten the positioning shaft core and positioning block. Then, pull the eccentric handle downwards and hang the required weight.

2. Turn on the power switch.

4. Press the number box to set the desired number of times. Confirm that the input is correct. Please press the "Run" button to bring up a confirmation dialog box. Click "OK", and the relay will close, and the motor will start running. For each rotation, the "number of runs" automatically accumulates by 1. When the number of revolutions and the set number of revolutions are the same, the motor automatically stops running, and the "cumulative times" display shows the cumulative number of runs. At this point, pull the eccentric handle to separate the grinding disc up and down, pull the positioning handle outward while pushing it up, open the upper grinding disc, and observe the sample.

5. To run again according to the last set number of cycles, press the "Run" button to bring up a confirmation dialog box. Click "OK", and the number of runs will automatically reset before counting. If you want to stop halfway, press the "Stop" button to bring up the confirmation dialog box, and click "OK". If the "reset icon" corresponding to the number of runs is pressed, the "run count" counter will automatically reset to zero; Press the reset icon corresponding to the cumulative count to reset the "cumulative count" counter.

7. If water cooling is required, connect the water nozzle of the grinding disc.

4、 Attention:

1. After each work, the upper and lower glass should be wiped clean, with appropriate paper in between, and the upper grinding disc should be placed down to avoid damaging the glass plate.

2Digital flat grinderDo not repeatedly turn on and off the machine without interruption to avoid damaging it.

3. Do not grind the disc without adding material to avoid damaging the glass of the flat grinder.
