It can directly measure AC voltage and AC current without opening the measured circuit, and measure the phase between two voltages, two currents, and between voltage and current. When measuring the U1-U2 phase, the two input circuits are fully insulated and isolated, avoiding the risk of short circuit in the measured circuit caused by misconnection.
